The Ped-o-Pull assists to improve standing alignment, strengthen core muscles and muscles around the shoulder girdle, and can help towards fine-tuning your Pilates breathing. Challenge your body using our Ped-o-Pull.

Consisting of a laminated timber base and an upright tubular stainless steel pole with upper sliding section for user defined height adjustment.  Height adjustment is achieved by dual hand knobs that lock the upper section to the desired height.  The top spring crossbar allows for a width adjustment inclusive of three spring width positions.  Accompanying the Ped-o-Pull, are two (2) long springs of medium resistance, together with two (2) sets of handles (comprising of 1 Pair of Single Looped Handles and 1 Pair D-Shaped Handles).  Two (2) wall brackets stabilize the unit 70mm from the wall. 

Mounting the Ped-O-Pull will require the purchaser to supply their own fixing bolts for either timber or masonary walls. Our mounting brackets allow for 8mm fixing bolts/screws.
