St. John House Plan

The St. John house plan is a contemporary home plan with casual elegance and a modern yet warm feeling. The strong street presence in accomplished with flat tiled hipped roofs, dramatic glass entry, glass garage doors and crisp stucco details.

The broad and impressive Portico makes a grand statement upon entering. The foyer features a stone accent wall. This leads directly into the Great Room. It features pocketing glass doors onto the Veranda and a linear fireplace/TV wall as well as a 13’ high stepped ceiling. 

Overlooking the Great Room is the spacious Kitchen with its grand island. It also features a coffee bar with built-in coffee maker. Nearby is a large butler pantry with linen closet. The Dining Room overlooks the outdoor areas via a dramatic corner-less sliding glass wall system. It also has a built-in wine cellar.

To the left of the house is the Master Suite. It is entered off the Foyer by a double door which leads into the Master Foyer. The master has a large walk in closet and overlooks the Veranda. The Master Bath features a freestanding whirlpool tub with a glass backdrop (Shutters optional). It also has a large walk in shower and a private water closet with linen storage.

Off of the Dining Room is the first of two guest suites, a guest bath and study/home office. The study offers stunning views to the rear of the home. The guest bath can be accessed directly from the guest suite for private enjoyment.

Leading to the three car garage is the utility room, featuring a dog wash, and the second guest suite with private bath and walk in closet.
