Precise flow rate control

This stainless steel diaphragm valve offers eight full revolutions from closed to fully open, enabling exceptionally precise control of flow rates. Its robust construction ensures durability and sanitary operation, making it ideal for critical brewing applications such as trub dumping, yeast harvesting, and vorlauf regulation.

Crafted from 316L stainless steel, this valve features double seals made of EPDM and PTFE. It measures 165mm (6.5 inches) both from face to face and in overall height.

This valve is included in our complete brewery pump package and is used to control liquid flow rates as product leaves the pump. Flow rates can be determined either by inline flow meters or inline temperatue sensors depending on the application. Once the flow rate has been determined per rotation of the valve handle, the flow rate should be fairly consistent in the future for that position of the handle.
