The Fusion-Bonded Heat Exchanger Chiller is a high-performance, gasket-free heat exchanger made of 100% stainless steel (plates are 316 and connections are 304), created by a patented process that bonds the plates together at the atomic level. These heat exchangers do not use copper brazing (that are found in poorer quality heat exchangers) making them safe for food applications like chilling wort in breweries.
