Our pies are handmade with a buttery crust using locally sourced seasonal produce. Lincoln Line Orchards, a family farm near Stoney Creek, provide the apples, pears, plums and peaches. Near Peterborough, farmer Oakridge grows our berries, while Thames River Melons supply the pumpkins. 

Our Pecan pie is made with nuts from Jewels Under the Kilt grown in Fergus, Ontario.

Every nine-inch pie is hand-rolled and serves 6-8 people.
