Super-dry - Grapefruit - White peach

Winemaker Konrad Pixner farms in the Languedoc, close to Montpeyroux and Arboras. Konrad loves rescuing old parcels of vines, managing to slowly acquire around 25 hectares. From vinifying his first vintage under a tree in a corner of the vineyard, to renting space in Arboras village, he has now built his own winery. Terraces du Larzac is a paradise for organic grape growing and Konrad achieved AOC status in 2014. All of his graoes are hand harvested, wild fermented with no additives, apart from SO2 added at bottling. 

This is an extra brut pet nat - crisp, pure and zesty. It pours slightly cloudy with a clean grapefruit and white peach palate. No additives except 10mg/l SO2 only at disgorgement.
