This series of 8 books, A to H, expands on the standards-based strategies taught in our CAMS and STAMS Series. Students use independent practice with graphic organisers and writing prompts to apply their understanding of the strategy. Extension activities are given in every lesson. Teacher-directed introduction and scaffolded models focus students' attention on mastery of the targeted strategy. Each Teacher Guide includes a suggested schedule, twelve teaching lessons (eight lessons in Book A) to help you introduce each strategy to the students, answers and answer forms.
