Tip- When trying this dress on make sure you pull the empire waist all the way up to just under the bra line so that the dress shows that of a pencil skirt. I personally allow one sleeve to fall lightly off my shoulder and get many compliments on it this way while wearing a pretty sports bra or strapless.  You can also wear a full bra with this dress and keep both of the sleeves up on your shoulders.
