The added cord reinforcement gives the BDS the structural stability for tight bend radii while keeping airflow smooth, plus the durability for high-temperature air handling that lighter silicone hoses cannot match. Available up to 10" inside diameter. Resistant to many oils, solvents, ozone, water, fungus, and alkalis. Not recommended for continuous flexing.

The narrow pitch and external cord make it the better option when the run requires tight bends without kinking.
