Roofzone Water Based Acrylic Deck Adhesive is a professional, non-flammable bonding adhesive specifically designed for securing EPDM roofing membranes to flat roof decking surfaces. Ideal for timber-based roofing decks such as plywood and OSB3, this adhesive provides a strong, long-lasting bond without solvents or harsh odours.

It is a wet-lay, one-sided adhesive that is easy to apply using a roller and is ready-mixed for quick installation.

Note: For roofs over 100 m², use Roofzone Contact Bonding Adhesive instead of this water-based adhesive.

Suitable Surfaces

This water-based EPDM adhesive is designed for use on moisture-resistant but absorbent flat roofing boards, including:

• Plywood
• OSB3 timber decking
• Other porous roofing boards

Not suitable for non-porous surfaces such as: metal, existing GRP, or surfaces treated with wax or non-absorbent coatings. For these surfaces, use Roofzone Contact Bonding Adhesive.
