Product Overview

The Digital Multi Control 200/200A connects directly to the remote panel port of a compatible Victron MultiPlus or Quattro inverter/charger using a standard RJ45 cable. Once connected, it provides local control over two of the most frequently adjusted parameters in a managed AC system: the shore or generator input current limit, and the operating mode of the inverter/charger.

The input current limit function is particularly useful in marine, motorhome and off-grid cabin installations where the available shore power supply is limited or variable. By dialling down the input current limit, the system prevents the shore supply from being overloaded while still allowing the inverter/charger to pass through AC power and charge the battery bank. The rotary knob provides a straightforward, physical control that does not require a laptop, phone or VE.Bus connection to operate.

The panel is designed for fixed installation and is not a handheld device. It is intended to be mounted in a location accessible to the operator, such as a distribution board, control panel or helm station, while the inverter/charger itself may be installed in a less accessible compartment.
