80s Does 40s Blue Polkadot Dress with Peplum + Belt / 80s Summer Dress Baby Blue White Cotton Print Just Ducky / L

Happy summer dress in a baby blue cotton print with polka dots in white, the details and silhouette are very 1940s: puffed shoulders over shoulder pads, fitted three quarters length sleeves, nipped waist (on an elastic!) defined by a matching, adjustable belt, and a peplum over the hips! Collarless and with a scoop neckline, the front chest is white lace. Note the pleats across the front sides of the chest on either side of the lace! Skirt is cut straight down the legs and features a slit at center rear. Closure is a zipper down the center of the back. Unlined.
